Job summary

The Impact is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a prestigious Dubai project. You will lead site operations on a 50-60+ storey high-rise, driving safety, quality, scheduling and cost control.

Scope includes coordinating design, structural and MEP interfaces, managing subcontractors, and delivering progress reports, permits and change orders in line with UAE codes and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10-15+ years of construction experience.
• Experience on high-rise buildings of 50-60 storeys and above.
• Experience in UAE and international environments.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, HSE, QA/QC standards.
• Experience coordinating design, structural and MEP interfaces.
• Strong subcontractor-management and cost-control experience.
• Experience with progress reporting, shop drawings, permits and change orders.
• Proficiency in Primavera and/or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations for a 50-60+ storey high-rise project with a focus on safety, quality, scheduling and cost control.
• Coordinate design, structural and MEP interfaces and manage subcontractors and resources.
• Deliver progress reports, permits and change orders in line with UAE codes and standards.

This is a site-focused leadership role requiring proven experience delivering 50-60+ storey high-rise buildings, with responsibility for site operations, subcontractor management, multidisciplinary coordination, progress, quality, safety and cost control. Construction Manager

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15+ years of construction experience
• Proven construction experience on high-rise buildings of 50-60 storeys and above
• Experience in a similar managerial role within the UAE and internationally
• Strong site-management capabilities across scheduling, resource allocation and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, HSE requirements and QA/QC standards
• Experience coordinating design, structural and MEP interfaces
• Strong subcontractor-management and cost-control experience
