Job summary

Al Amani Human Resources Consultancy is seeking a Construction Manager for a reputed high-rise building company in Dubai. The role requires 8–10 years of UAE experience with main contractors and strong leadership to manage multiple residential, commercial, and fit-out projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office, plus a solid grasp of local regulations and authorities. Valid UAE driving license preferred and immediate joining.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent with UAE exposure.
• 8–10 years of high-rise building construction experience in UAE with main contractors.
• Proven leadership and project management skills for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-rise construction projects from planning to handover.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER required urgently for a reputed High Rise Building Construction Company in Dubai: Job Description:

• Civil engineering with min. 8-10 years' experience in high rise building construction projects in UAE, worked with Main Contractors.
• Strong experience managing residential, commercial, and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements, including Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
