Confidential in UAE is seeking a Construction Manager (High-Rise Building) with 13–16 years of core experience to lead site execution for a 50-floor project. You will supervise construction teams, manage subcontractors and project resources, and coordinate with consultants, clients and PM teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, experience with main contracting and a track record in high-rise developments. UAE/GCC experience preferred; salary AED 30,000–35,000 per month.

• Last company must have experience in executing high-rise buildings of at least 50 floors.
• Proven ability to manage site execution, construction teams, subcontractors and project resources.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, quality control and HSE standards.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients and project management teams.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.

Mandatory Selection Criteria

• Main contractor experience only.
• Minimum 50-floor high-rise building experience in the last company is compulsory.
• Infrastructure, roads, oil & gas, landscaping and precast-only backgrounds will not be considered.
• CV must clearly mention the last company's project details and building height.

Salary Budget: AED 30,000–35,000 per month
