Job summary

Stantec in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead building construction activities from execution through handover. You will ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, schedule and contractual requirements.

You will coordinate contractors, consultants and project teams, monitor progress, manage drawings and specifications, and ensure alignment with Abu Dhabi authority regulations and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of relevant building construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on building projects.
• SOE and DMT registration is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 is an advantage.
