Job Summary

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Construction Manager. Take full responsibility of the assigned project – from Client/Consultant relationship, Profit/Loss, Construction sequences, Motivation and Leadership, planning, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractor management, long leads follow-ups, conflict management, monthly presentation with forecast, risk management, change order control.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking full responsibility of the profit and loss of the assigned projects and owning the budget of projects with relation to the program, the costs, variations, EOTs etc.
• Building up strategic relationships with the clients/consultants and ensuring it leads to repeat business and achieving a satisfaction index of at least 70% in the customer satisfaction survey to be held post the handing over.
• Shows Leadership quality and showcases team leadership skills.
• Develops subordinates by educating them periodically.
• Ensuring the projects get delivered as program on cost and as per specifications and Quality agreed contractually with the client and also the net profit margins are achieved as per the budget.

Requirements

• 8-10 years as PM in Civil Construction (Preferred Warehouse) in UAE. Strong knowledge of industrial facility construction (warehouses, logistics hubs, manufacturing/production plants, food processing/cold storage), including construction methodology, sequencing, and constructability.
