Rebus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Lead to supervise site teams and drive project execution in line with approved drawings and specifications. You will shape schedules, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards across complex sites.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities while meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of construction project experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, cost control, resource management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, specifications, and site execution procedures.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, resource management, and subcontractor coordination
• Good understanding of UAE construction regulations, HSE requirements, and quality management standards.
• Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in construction planning and project reporting tools is an advantage.
• Experience in airport construction projects will be an added advantage.
