Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead site teams and manage multiple disciplines from planning through to project handover.

The role focuses on delivering milestones while maintaining quality, safety, cost control and productivity targets. The candidate should have 15–18+ years of construction experience with strong leadership and proven UAE/GCC exposure, capable of coordinating civil, structural, architectural and MEP activities and reporting to

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 15–18+ years of construction experience with substantial site leadership exposure.
• Strong planning, coordination, contract administration and team management skills.
• Proven UAE/GCC construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site execution teams, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Develop construction programmes, resource plans and recovery strategies.
• Monitor progress, productivity, costs and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural and MEP activities.
• Resolve site constraints and escalate critical technical or commercial risks.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and HSE procedures.
• Report project progress, risks and resource requirements to senior management.
