Job summary

TECNIMONT in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an on-site supervisor for the Hail & Ghasha project. You will direct subcontractor activities to ensure construction works meet the erection schedules, cost budgets, and quality and safety standards.

You will review supplier documentation, approve method statements, and enforce HSE procedures across areas of responsibility. The role involves coordination with construction teams during the rotating on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prior to the start of works, to check the Supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule. Check that the same is in line with Construction schedules and contractual commitments.
• Prior to the start of work, control and approve the Method Statements submitted by the Subcontractors, ensuring their correct application on the field.
• He/she ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities.

Hours/rotation: Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid)

He / she directs subcontractor activities for his own discipline, ensuring that plant construction works are performed according to the erection schedules and project documents, within the assigned cost budget, and according to quality & safety procedures, as well as according to the terms and conditions of the subcontract.
