Multi Group - Construction Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong construction background to oversee manpower planning, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and overall HR operations across projects in the UAE.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, managerial, and site-based roles, lead a HR team, coordinate with project teams, and ensure accurate HR reporting and budgeting.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction, contracting, or civil engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Experience in construction manpower planning, project recruitment, and workforce management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, managerial, and site-based positions.
• Coordinate manpower planning and budgeting in line with project requirements and workforce forecasts.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, probation, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, employment contracts, and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll, leave management, attendance, overtime, and employee benefits with the relevant departments.
• Manage visa processing, work permits, labour documentation, and employee records in coordination with PRO and administration teams.
• Handle workforce mobilization and demobilization for construction sites and projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and department heads to address manpower requirements and HR-related issues.
• Monitor HR budgets, employee costs, headcount reports, and HR performance metrics.
• Supervise the HR team and ensure efficient delivery of day-to-day HR operations.
• Support employee engagement, training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
