Job summary

Cyfr is seeking an experienced foreman to organize and supervise construction and fit-out works on projects across the UAE. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate crews, control quality, and ensure deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities include organizing daily site work, assigning tasks, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring safety compliance. The role requires hands-on crew leadership with the ability to read drawings and documentation, with UAE experience

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreman / Site Supervisor on construction or fit-out projects.
• Hands-on experience managing work crews.
• Fit-out experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read construction drawings and documentation.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

• Responsibility, independence, and results focus
• UAE experience is an advantage
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
• English for on-site communication is an advantage
