Job summary

Alabdlos contracting LLC in Dubai invites a hands-on Site Supervisor / General Foreman to oversee villa finishing, landscape and hardscape works on prestigious projects in the UAE. You will manage daily site execution, supervise workers and subcontractors, verify drawings, report progress, and ensure works meet design specs and schedules with quality workmanship.

Arabic language advantage; basic English sufficient; minimum 2 years Dubai experience and at least 6 years in construction supervision

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai experience.
• Total 6 years in construction/finishing supervision.
• Villa finishing experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and supervise site execution.
• Arabic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities on site including concrete, masonry and finishing.
• Maintain daily progress reports and keep project on track.
• Manage workers, subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Coordinate with MEP and monitor material delivery and site status.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety and proper work sequence.

The candidate will manage daily site execution, control workers and subcontractors, follow approved drawings, report progress, and ensure works are completed with good quality and on schedule.

• Manage workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.

• Monitor material delivery, site progress, manpower, and daily work status.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and proper work sequence. Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Dubai experience.
• Minimum 6 years total experience in construction/finishing supervision.
• Villa finishing experience preferred.
• Experience in tile, marble, plaster, paint, gypsum, screed, paving, and hardscape works.
• Ability to read drawings and control site execution.
• Basic English required.
