Parsons Corporation is hiring a skilled and detail‑oriented Construction Engineer - Electrical to support the delivery of major infrastructure and utility projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist the Resident Engineer in overseeing all electrical works, ensuring technical compliance, safety adherence, and efficient coordination between contractors, consultants, and local authorities such as DEWA and RTA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising and coordinating the construction of electrical infrastructure works and associated components.
• Review and evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and design proposals related to electrical and utilities scope.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, codes, and DEWA/RTA standards.
• Coordinate with Parsons' design and construction teams to resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Maintain daily inspection reports, site diaries, and documentation related to work progress and quality.
• Direct and monitor inspectors and surveyors in their assigned duties to ensure construction accuracy and compliance.
• Convene and lead coordination meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and utility authorities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting key milestones, risks, and corrective actions.
• Monitor and ensure implementation of safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Support in preparing as‑built documentation and assist in project handover to authorities.
• Coordinate with DEWA, RTA, and other Dubai authorities for design submissions, approvals, and final clearances.
• Conduct technical analysis of test reports and ensure materials meet quality and performance standards.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical design, construction supervision, and utilities project management within Dubai or the GCC.
• In‑depth understanding of LV/HV networks, OHTL works, street lighting, and related infrastructure.
• Proven knowledge of DEWA, RTA, and DM approval processes and standards.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills in managing multidisciplinary teams on‑site.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation tools.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• UAE‑based candidates preferred.
