Job summary

Parsons in Dubai is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead infrastructure electrical design, authority submissions, and construction supervision. You will coordinate with DEWA, RTA, Dubai Municipality, and clients to ensure compliant electrical drawings, calculations, and submissions for major infrastructure projects.

The role requires extensive UAE experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering LV/HV systems with high-quality technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Engineer-in-Training certification may be required depending on project needs.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of DEWA procedures and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise electrical deliverables per project quality requirements.
• Define technical scope and support schedules and budgets.
• Produce and review calculations, drawings, reports, procurement docs, and installation packages.
• Provide engineering direction to CAD designers, designers and junior engineers.
• Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and authorities (DEWA, RTA, Dubai Municipality).
• Monitor LV/HV works and ensure compliance with approvals and procedures.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, and project documentation.
• Lead electrical engineering activities on small or intermediate projects.
