The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Concierge - Marina Operations to serve as a welcoming and personalized point of contact for marina guests and crew.
This role is responsible for coordinating guest arrivals, stay experiences, and departure arrangements while ensuring requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Reporting to the Director - Marina Operations, the Concierge will work closely with marina and resort teams to arrange services, provide local and resort information, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
With a strong focus on personalized service, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction, this role will play a key part in delivering memorable marina experiences while upholding the service excellence that defines the Wynn experience.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Welcome marina guests and crew, providing information on marina facilities, resort amenities, and available services.
Coordinate guest arrival and departure arrangements with marina and resort operational teams.
Arrange dining reservations, leisure activities, transportation, and other guest services through the appropriate departments.
Coordinate buggy services, baggage assistance, and transportation requirements for marina guests.
Support the receipt and delivery of guest packages and correspondence in accordance with established procedures.
Receive, record, and monitor guest requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
Coordinate marina-related service requests with the appropriate operational teams.
Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, service records, and shift handover information in approved systems.
Support billing administration by verifying service details and ensuring accurate documentation of approved charges.
Respond professionally to guest concerns and complaints, escalating matters when required.
Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal, vessel, and payment information.
Monitor marina access procedures and coordinate with Security regarding visitor access and safety concerns.
Report hazards, equipment issues, and service defects to the relevant departments.
Participate in emergency response drills and support guest communication during operational incidents as directed.
Provide comprehensive shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity of guest service.
Deliver service in line with Wynn standards and maintain professional grooming and presentation at all times.
Diploma or vocational qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum three years of experience in concierge, guest services, front office, or a similar guest-facing hospitality role.
Experience within a luxury hospitality, marina, yacht, or resort environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, polished, and service-oriented approach.
Proven ability to handle guest requests and concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in standard office applications and guest service or reservation systems; marina management systems experience is an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.
Willingness to learn marina operations, local destination knowledge, and resort offerings.
Basic first aid certification is advantageous.
Comfortable working in an outdoor marina environment and willing to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays.
