About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Clerk - Marina Operations to provide administrative and clerical support to the Marina Operations team This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records coordinating documentation supporting scheduling activities and assisting with guest and operational inquiries Reporting to the Director - Marina Operations the Clerk will contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of the marina by ensuring records are maintained accurately operational information is updated and departmental processes are completed in a timely and professional manner With a strong focus on organization accuracy and guest service this role will play an important part in supporting the smooth operation of the marina while upholding the service standards and attention to detail that define the Wynn experience
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize marina records including berth reservations guest logs permits contracts and service requests
- Accurately enter update and maintain information within approved company and marina systems
- Prepare reports correspondence forms and operational documentation as required
- Assist guests visitors vessel owners and crews by responding to inquiries via telephone email and in person
- Provide accurate information regarding marina facilities services operating procedures rates and policies
- Support the scheduling of vessel arrivals and departures maintenance activities and marina services
- Coordinate administrative requests appointments and deliveries with vendors contractors and service providers
- Assist with maintaining departmental calendars records and internal meeting schedules
- Support billing administration through the preparation of invoices receipts and transaction documentation
- Assist with cashiering functions and payment processing when required
- Reconcile daily transactions and report discrepancies promptly to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a professional organized and efficient marina office environment
- Handle confidential guest company and operational information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with shift handovers operational updates and administrative reporting
- Ensure compliance with all company policies marina procedures safety requirements and security protocols
- Deliver service consistent with Wynn standards while supporting marina operations and guest satisfaction

About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Diploma or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
- Two to three years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role, preferably within hospitality, marina operations, tourism, or a related service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with reservation, property management, administrative, or marina management systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and record-keeping skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable interacting with guests, vessel owners, crews, contractors, and operational teams.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays, in line with operational requirements.
