Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a skilled Coordinator/Concierge – Wynn Oasis to join the Wynn Oasis Staff Accommodation team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest services, coordinating events, and supporting tenants with personalized arrangements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and at least 3 years of hospitality experience, with strong English communication and the ability to work across shifts in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Planning or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, inquiries and complaints to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Provide personalized guest services such as transportation arrangements and reservations.
• Coordinate and implement tenant engagement initiatives and events, manage budgets and documentation.
• Maintain upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of all areas; collaborate with departments and external vendors.
• Promote Wynn brand service excellence and adapt to evolving schedules and operational demands.
