Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai seeks a guest services professional to deliver upscale experiences throughout guests’ stays. You will anticipate needs, coordinate with transportation, valet and car rental partners, and guide guests to local dining, shopping and sightseeing options.

• 1 year experience in luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide upscale guest service experiences to guests throughout their stay.
• Proactively work and engage 3rd party vendors included but not limited to Transportation Valet parking and car rental companies.
