Overview

Skilled technician needed for gaming PC assembly, configuration, and optimization, with strong hardware knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

The role involves diagnosing technical issues, maintaining kiosk hardware and software, and requires strong computer hardware experience and organizational skills.

Assist in IT systems maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, provide user training, and possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Install and maintain desktop systems, provide technical support, manage user accounts, and enhance operational efficiency with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues and maintain desktop/kiosk hardware and software.
• Install and maintain desktop systems; provide technical support and manage user accounts.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues; provide user training; communicate clearly with users.
• Enhance operational efficiency with strong analytical skills.
• Build client relationships and provide hardware solutions where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in computer hardware with strong knowledge of gaming PC assembly and optimization.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot and document IT processes.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and hardware maintenance is desirable.
