Job summary

TALENTMATE in Dubai is seeking a Comprehensive Operations Support professional to provide operational and administrative support to an autonomous vehicle operations team. This role will help standardize internal processes and coordinate full personnel lifecycle activities including onboarding, training, workforce management and offboarding.

The ideal candidate has experience in operations support or HR coordination, with strong organizational, communication and records-management skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations support, administration, HR coordination, workforce coordination or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training or employee processes would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to develop and follow structured internal processes.
• Good documentation and record-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven operational environment.
• UAE experience would be advantageous.
