Job summary

TradesApp in Dubai seeks a Comprehensive Operations Support professional to provide operational and administrative support to an autonomous vehicle operations team. You will help standardize internal processes and manage the full personnel lifecycle, including onboarding, training, workforce management and offboarding.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in operations or HR coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations support, administration, HR coordination, workforce coordination or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training or employee processes would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to develop and follow structured internal processes.
• Good documentation and record-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven operational environment.
• UAE experience would be advantageous.
