Working with stakeholders across business functions, the Compliance Manager will help improve compliance maturity while supporting commercial objectives and responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of a unified Compliance Operating Model across MAFE and MAFL.
• Align compliance frameworks, procedures, and monitoring activities with Majid Al Futtaim corporate standards.
• Establish governance processes, reporting structures, and accountability measures that support consistent compliance practices.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify regulatory, operational, and ethical exposures.
