Job summary

Jerry is seeking a skilled Community Manager to build and expand its organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, with a focus on fintech and consumer-facing regulation. You will craft engagement playbooks, grow trusted communities, and collaborate with Growth and Content teams to keep brand voice consistent.

You will measure sentiment and share of voice, translate complex topics into human stories, and ensure posts resonate in an authentic, non-corporate tone while scaling

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social media
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories
• Deep understanding of Reddit, TikTok, and Quora culture
• Strategic understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Ability to write in an authentic, non-corporate tone

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop a playbook for community engagement and posting frequency
• Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
• Build a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation
