Job summary

Shift Markets is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own content across X, Reddit and LinkedIn, and to build AI-driven workflows that scale operations.

You will run email nurture campaigns via Klaviyo, source and qualify leads with the sales team, and surface market signals from competitors, regulatory news, and KOL activity. Crypto-native curiosity is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a growth or marketing role.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n or Zapier).
• Public writing voice (X, Substack, Reddit, blog).
• Curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and trading infrastructure.

• Own social content production across X, Reddit, and LinkedIn for the Shift brand and prediction-markets vertical

• Strong curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and trading infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Crypto-native experience (using wallets, following Crypto Twitter)
• Prior experience in marketing, content, BD, or growth
• Experience building and shipping public projects like agents, apps, or newsletters
• Familiarity with GTM tooling like Klaviyo or Apollo
