Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a proactive Community Manager to engage with education-focused communities on Reddit and Quora. You will research user needs, write high-quality posts and comments, and help grow our branded subreddit with thoughtful engagement.

Responsibilities include content planning, posting, moderating discussions, building credible relationships, and tracking performance to identify growth opportunities in K-12 education topics.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills.
• Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs.
• Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong ownership of projects and results.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant conversations, questions, and user needs on Reddit and Quora
• Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide real value to users
• Manage Think Academy's subreddit, including content planning, posting, engagement, and moderation
• Build relationships and maintain a credible presence in relevant communities
• Track content performance and proactively identify new growth opportunities
• Identify and evaluate emerging online communities relevant to target audiences and develop tailored engagement strategies
