Job summary

Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets, starting with car insurance. We are seeking a product leader who will map user journeys, analyze feedback, and drive end-to-end product delivery across landing pages and compliance features.

You will work closely with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality experiences and design experiments to optimize outcomes. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull and interpret data.
Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.

Responsibilities

Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
Drive bug triage and resolution in collaboration with engineering teams.
Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance features.
Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design.
Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality user experiences.
Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements.
