Job summary

Accor is seeking a Commis Chef to join its culinary team in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will rotate through kitchen stations, assist with food preparation, and work under the supervision of Sous Chefs to deliver high-quality dishes.

You will uphold strict hygiene, portion ingredients accurately, manage stock rotation, and collaborate with senior chefs to meet guest needs while learning new techniques and culinary skills on the job.

Qualifications

• Proficient knife skills and basic cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new culinary skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
• Culinary education or training from a recognized culinary school is a plus.

Responsibilities
