One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Commis II to join the kitchen team, supporting senior chefs and helping prepare high-quality dishes with Italian menu focus. You will handle mise-en-place, assist in daily kitchen operations, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a quality hotel, resort, or restaurant, good English, teamwork, and a passion for culinary excellence. Training and growth opportunities await in a luxury, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a quality hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Good English communication skills; another language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic dishes per resort standards.
• Handle mise-en-place and organize kitchen sections for timely production.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Support senior chefs and train Commis III when required.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery during service periods.
