You will work under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and senior chefs to develop culinary skills and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality kitchens, preferably hotels.
• Basic food safety hygiene knowledge and HACCP understanding.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication in busy kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients and dishes according to approved recipes and standards.
• Complete daily mise-en-place requirements for the assigned kitchen section.
• Assist senior chefs with cooking, plating, and food preparation during service.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation of ingredients.
