Job summary

Kitopi is seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to support daily kitchen operations in our UAE kitchen. You will lead and train the pizza team, ensuring consistency and quality while preparing, shaping, and cooking artisanal pizzas using proper techniques.

The role requires strong knowledge of dough science, fermentation, and baking, with leadership and clear communication to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Join a diverse, international team with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman, or artisanal styles).
• Previous experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef.
• Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baking.

• Solid leadership and communication skills.
