Kitopi is seeking a motivated Junior Commis to join our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will assist chefs with daily preparation, follow recipes and kitchen standards, and support the team during busy service periods while maintaining cleanliness and consistent presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis or in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen areas.
