Job summary

Kerzner International Management is seeking a Commis 2 for Nobu at One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai. You will support the culinary team with mise en place, food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

You will assist with stock rotation, kitchen organization and ensure tasks follow recipes, hygiene regulations and operational standards, while contributing to outstanding guest experiences through teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Passion for food, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellence in every dish.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities
