Kerzner International Management is seeking a Commis 2 for Nobu at One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai. You will support the culinary team with mise en place, food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

You will assist with stock rotation, kitchen organization and ensure tasks follow recipes, hygiene regulations and operational standards, while contributing to outstanding guest experiences through teamwork and attention to detail.

About the Role

As a Commis 2 at Nobu, you will support the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of exceptional dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. You will assist with daily mise en place, food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organization, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with recipes, hygiene regulations, and operational requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced, world-renowned dining environment.

About You

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment. You are passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellence in every dish. You possess strong teamwork and communication skills, take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment. Experience with Japanese cuisine is an advantage but not essential.
