• Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
• Pull items from storage and thaw as needed; maintain portion control and garnish.
• Inform food service staff of menu specials and ingredients to use in daily specials.
• Maintain food logs and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
