Job summary

Eram HR Solutions seeks a Commercial Transformation Lead in Abu Dhabi for a long-term contract. The role requires 12+ years in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with ADNOC or Gulf experience and an engineering degree with relevant certifications.

You will drive transformation initiatives across Registration, Pre-Qualification, Purchasing and Contracts, leveraging SAP and Ariba to optimize processes and deliver measurable benefits for the commercial function.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial transformation initiatives across Registration, Pre-Qualification, Purchasing and Contracts divisions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive process improvements, automation and system enhancements using SAP and Ariba.
• Manage end-to-end transformation projects, including stakeholder engagement, change management and implementation of new processes.
• Monitor project performance, measure benefits and track improvements in operational efficiency and cycle times.
• Coach and mentor team members, conduct knowledge transfer and strengthen commercial team capabilities.
• Prepare management reports, strategic recommendations, position papers and business analysis.
