Eram HR Solutions seeks a Contracts Management Officer in Abu Dhabi to manage tender and contract processes for Oil & Gas EPC projects. Requires Engineering degree with relevant certifications and 5+ years’ experience, with ADNOC/Gulf exposure preferred.

Long-term contract based in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include reviewing procurement requests, issuing RFTs via SAP Ariba, coordinating EOI/pre-qualification, evaluating bids, drafting LOAs, and overseeing post-award contract activities per

Qualifications

• Review procurement requests to ensure completeness, clear scope and alignment with business requirements.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Tender (RFT) through SAP Ariba.
• Prepare bidders' lists and coordinate Expressions of Interest (EOI) and pre-qualification activities.
• Coordinate with end users and bidders throughout the tender process, including bid clarifications and technical evaluations.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, including ICV assessment, bid ranking and negotiations.
• Prepare contract award recommendations and issue Letters of Award (LOA).
• Manage contract documentation, variations, extensions, claims and contract close-out.
• Ensure post-award activities are completed in accordance with applicable company procedures.
