Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced transformation professional to study and drive strategic initiatives that advance corporate objectives. You will develop plans, milestones and resource needs, monitor delivery and support change management across functions.

You will coordinate KPI definitions, benefits realization and governance activities, including monthly shareholder meetings and board materials, while ensuring timely execution and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 8 to 9 years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, strategy development, change management or program management in a large organization.
• Oil and gas sector experience preferred, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of project and program management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Study, analyze and recommend transformation initiatives that advance strategic objectives.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones and resource requirements and track delivery.
• Support organizational change strategies, stakeholder mapping and readiness activities.
• Execute business improvement projects in support of departmental strategies.
• Map existing processes with the Business Process team and identify gaps for automation.
• Elicit, analyze and validate business requirements for changes to processes and information systems.
• Define, baseline and monitor KPIs and benefits realization; report variances to management.
• Develop measurement capabilities to quantify performance and compliance.
• Coordinate monthly Shareholder alignment meetings and prepare materials.
• Support end-to-end preparation of Board meetings, including material development and governance submission.

Abou Role

• Study, analyze and recommend transformation initiatives that advance the Division's and ADNOC's strategic objectives.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones and resource requirements for strategic transformation initiatives, and track delivery to ensure planned results are achieved.
• Support organizational change strategies, change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness activities required to embed transformation in day-to-day operations.
• Execute business improvement projects in support of departmental strategies and the business plan.
• Map existing processes with the Business Process team, identify gaps, and pursue improvement and automation opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze and validate business requirements for changes to processes, policies and information systems across functional areas.
• Define, baseline and monitor transformation of KPIs and benefits of realization, and report variances to management.
• Develop measurement capabilities to quantify performance and compliance of newly adopted processes.
• Coordinate and support the monthly Shareholder alignment meetings — agenda, consolidation of inputs, meeting materials and follow-up of agreed actions to closure.
• Support the end-to-end preparation of Board meetings, including material development, quality assurance, and timely submission in line with governance requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent discipline or professional qualification.
• 8 to 9 years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, strategy development, change management or program management within a large organization, preferably in the oil and gas sector, including at least 4 years in a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of project and program management tools and methodologies.
