Commercial and Cost Management
- Support Delivery Teams on commercial matters throughout assigned projects.
- Assist with cost planning, cost reporting, and commercial controls.
- Support preparation and maintenance of project control documents.
- Assist with change management and assessment of cost implications.
- Contribute cost-related information to project planning and decision-making.
- Support cost modelling and scenario analysis when required.
- Assist with cash flow analysis and preparation of cost projections.
- Contribute to commercial close-out and final account activities.
Project Delivery Support
- Work with senior management and Project Managers to support project development.
- Contribute to delivery strategies covering design and construction.
- Support operations and maintenance considerations where these form part of the project scope.

Procurement and Tendering
- Support procurement processes for consultants and contractors.

Requirements
- Bachelor 's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Quantity surveying or commercial management background relevant to project cost management.
- Basic understanding of cost planning, cost reporting, and lifecycle costing.
- Ability to support cost modelling and scenario analysis.
- Awareness of benchmarking, risk management, value management, value engineering, and project appraisal concepts.
- Understanding of financial, procurement, and contract processes.
- General awareness of relevant legal and regulatory considerations.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Delivery-focused approach with high ethical standards and customer focus.
- Good computer literacy.
