Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-contract cost planning and commercial management across multiple construction projects
• Conduct surveys to determine locations of natural features and man-made structures using advanced surveying equipment
• Review survey information related to measurements, elevations, contours, and boundary definitions
• Operate and manage land information systems for data storage, reporting, and plotting
• Analyze legal records and historical site data to determine property boundaries and project constraints
• Record survey findings, verify technical accuracy, and prepare professional maps, reports, and plots
• Assist project teams with budget estimates, cost forecasting, and financial reporting requirements
• Monitor project costs and provide recommendations to improve commercial performance
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on cost-related matters and technical clarifications
• Ensure all work aligns with project budgets, quality standards, and client expectations
