Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing all commercial and contractual matters on site
• Implement commercial frameworks and robust cost control measures to protect project margins
• Develop financial forecasts, manage budgets, and monitor project performance
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead administration of head contracts ensuring compliance and governance
• Manage cash flow projections, monthly reporting, and final account settlements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for optimal outcomes
• Provide strategic support on claims, negotiations, and dispute resolution
• Mentor and guide contract administration and project teams
• Ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations and support audit processes
