Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to commercial teams and support their development to achieve performance targets
• Manage client interactions and address all commercial and contractual matters
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project objectives and financial targets
• Prepare and manage tender documentation including pricing schedules and contract conditions
• Review and evaluate contractor bids and support contract award decisions
• Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and financial assessments for project planning
• Negotiate contract terms to optimize commercial outcomes and minimize risks
• Oversee contract administration including issuance of notices, approvals, and documentation
• Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and cash flow reporting throughout the lifecycle
• Manage contractor and supplier relationships ensuring compliance with contractual terms
• Handle variations, claims, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies

Ideal Profile
