The Senior Contracts and Claims Director will lead contract administration, commercial risk management, and claims strategy across complex healthcare and construction technology projects. Based in Dubai, UAE, this executive role oversees contractual governance, dispute avoidance, and programme control within large-scale architectural and healthcare developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration from pre-contract negotiations through project close-out
• Advise senior management on contractual obligations, risk exposure, and mitigation strategies
• Oversee claims management including EOTs, variations, prolongation, disruption, and loss and expense claims
• Develop defence and dispute avoidance strategies aligned with commercial objectives
• Establish and manage project control systems covering programme compliance and commercial risk
• Review contractor programmes, monitor progress, and implement recovery plans when required
• Manage RFC, RFI, and change control processes while assessing contractual and commercial impacts
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with legal counsel, consultants, clients, and contractors on dispute and claims matters
• Provide leadership and training to project teams on contracts and claims awareness

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum 12 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry
