AECOM is seeking a Manager - Commercial in Abu Dhabi, UAE to oversee the commercial and supervisory aspects of civil and infrastructure projects. The role combines contract administration, procurement, cost control, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project supervision, with responsibility for maintaining financial performance while supporting delivery against project specifications, schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards.
The Manager - Commercial will provide commercial oversight across large-scale civil and infrastructure projects from inception through completion. Working with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, the position requires strong commercial judgment alongside practical understanding of project delivery and construction operations.
The position requires a combination of commercial management and infrastructure project delivery expertise. Key areas include contract administration, procurement, commercial negotiations, cost control, financial analysis, change management, claims and dispute management, project risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management tools is required to support project planning, monitoring, reporting, and performance evaluation.
