Job summary

The Code for Decoration Design & Fit Out LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of fit-out and renovation projects.

You will protect commercial interests, manage contracts, control costs, maximize profitability, and deliver timely commercial reporting, working with Project Management, QS, Procurement, Estimation, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, interior contracting, renovation, or construction contract & commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, valuations, cost control, and final accounts.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and commercial activities from tender stage through project completion.
• Review and administer main contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders.
• Manage project costs, budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
• Prepare and manage variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations and agreements.
• Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports for management.
• Coordinate with Project Management, QS, Procurement, Estimation, and Finance teams.
• Ensure proper contractual documentation and compliance with project requirements.
