Redfish seeks an experienced Fit Out Commercial Manager in Ras Al Khaimah to oversee the commercial elements of fit out projects within the construction sector. You will manage contracts, budgeting, pricing, and risk assessment while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years in commercial management for fit out or construction, with excellent English communication and leadership skills to drive value and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of commercial management experience in fit out or construction projects, preferably UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial procedures, and relevant legal frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with commercial and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English
