NSR Associates in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance of a joinery division on high-end fit-out projects. You will manage budgets, contracts, procurement support, and risk across a portfolio of complex works.

The role requires a proven track record in joinery and interiors, strong contracts knowledge, and the ability to lead procurement strategies and commercial reporting across multiple projects within the UAE/GCC.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' commercial management experience within joinery, interiors or specialist contracting sectors.
• Proven track record delivering commercial management of large-scale fit-out and joinery projects in UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, claims, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership, and reporting across multiple projects.

Candidate Requirements & Experience
