Job summary

Our client, an established international interior contractor in Ras Al Khaimah, seeks a highly experienced Fit Out Commercial Manager to lead commercial aspects of luxury hospitality and residential projects on a permanent basis.

You will oversee client, supplier and subcontractor relationships, manage procurement and contracts, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in interior contracting.
• Experience in UAE market and hospitality or luxury residential sectors.
• Strong commercial management and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
