Job summary

The Highfield Company in the UAE is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across its UAE operations. This senior role provides commercial oversight across a portfolio of major marine and civil construction projects, not tied to a single project.

You will drive contract management, risk, cost control and forecasting, lead subcontractor and supplier management, support tenders and strategic commercial direction with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial leadership experience within the UAE contracting market.
• A background in marine construction, civil engineering or major infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience in contracts, claims, cost management and risk.
• The ability to operate strategically while maintaining oversight across multiple projects.
