Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Section Head – Commercial Initiatives to lead commercial strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, and new commercial initiatives within a leading Abu Dhabi organization.

The role requires 6+ years in commercial management within construction/infrastructure, strong financial and analytical capabilities, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in commercial management, business development or a related function.
• Strong experience within the construction/infrastructure sector.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
• Knowledge of relevant construction-sector regulations and compliance.
• MBA is preferred.
