Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Commercial Director – Travel and Tourism in Dubai. The role leads sales and commercial strategies to boost holiday package sales, corporate accounts, and bookings, while ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

You will manage and develop B2B and B2C sales teams, coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Support, and optimize CRM-driven insights to improve profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years UAE experience, including 3 years in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute practical sales and commercial strategies to increase holiday package sales, corporate accounts, travel bookings, customer acquisition, and overall profitability while consistently achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Actively identify and secure new corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and tourism partners; negotiate competitive rates, supplier agreements, commissions, and commercial contracts to maximize business opportunities and profit margins.
• Manage, coach, and motivate B2B and B2C sales teams, establishing clear targets, monitoring sales pipelines, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and individual performance while driving accountability and consistent sales achievement.
• Oversee sales forecasts, budgets, pricing, revenue performance, and profit margins; utilize CRM systems, sales dashboards, and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support to improve overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Open to native Arabic speaker, aged 42 years old and below with minimum 6 years of relevant UAE experience, including at least 3 years in sales management, business development, or commercial leadership, preferably within Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
• Proven success in B2B and B2C sales, business development, and revenue generation, with demonstrated achievements in meeting sales targets, securing corporate accounts, negotiating profitable partnerships, and managing sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales dashboards, advanced Microsoft Excel. & strong English communication skills.
