Responsibilities include strategic support to the Manager, implementing department strategies, supervising claims operations, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in claims.
• Experience in Commercial Lines claims.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to the Manager in the day-to-day handling of Commercial Lines claims.
• Implement department strategies to realise the organization’s goals.
• Supervise claims management operations to reduce cycle time and ensure prompt service.
• Review reserves and settlements per policy terms and authority matrix.
• Coordinate with loss adjusters and reinsurers as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards.
• Prepare management reports on the unit's performance.
• Refer invalid claims to Manager and flag suspicious ones.
